DEFIANCE
ACTION-DRAMA - The year is 1941 and the Jews of Eastern Europe are being massacred by the thousands. Managing to escape certain death, three brothers take refuge in the dense surrounding woods they have known since childhood. There they begin their desperate battle against the Nazis. Three brothers turn a primitive struggle to survive into something far more consequential—a way to avenge the deaths of their loved ones by saving thousands of others.
At first it is all they can do to stay alive. But gradually, as whispers of their daring spreads, they begin to attract others—men and women, young and old—willing to risk everything for the sake of even a moment's freedom. Tuvia (Daniel Craig) is a reluctant leader and his decisions are challenged by his brother, Zus (Liev Schreiber) who worries that Tuvia's idealistic plans will doom them all. Asael (Jamie Bell) is the youngest—caught between his brothers' fierce rivalry. As a brutal winter descends, they work to create a community, and to keep faith alive when all humanity appears to be lost.
DRAMA - "This film is so good it is devastating" Roger Ebert, Chicago Sun-Times

FANBOYS
COMEDY - This really is a great comedy adventure that’s smart, funny, and engaging at a
broad level. But it is also "tailor-made for the inner-Jedi in all of us" (Pete
Hammond, Hollywood.com). Flashback to 1998, when four childhood buddies with a
shared love of all things Star Wars reunite for one final, hilarious odyssey.
Their insane plan: a cross-country road trip to storm George Lucas’ Ranch and
steal a copy of Episode I - before it’s released. With the police, a crew of
angry Trekkies, and a crazy pimp hot on their trail, what could possibly go
wrong?
Featuring Dan Fogler (Balls of Fury), Jay Baruchel (Tropic Thunder), and Kristen Bell (Forgetting Sarah Marshall), plus a slew of hysterical surprise cameos. As any Jedi Master would say: "You WILL Enjoy."
He's Just Not That Into You
COMEDY - An all-star ensemble cast headline this romantic comedy based on the wildly
popular bestseller from Sex and the City scribes Greg Behrendt and Liz Tuccillo
about modern day relationships and how men and women often misconstrue the
intentions of the opposite sex. The film tells the stories of a group of
interconnected, Baltimore-based twenty- and thirty-somethings as they navigate
their various relationships from the shallow end of the dating pool through the
deep, murky waters of married life, trying to read the signs of the opposite
sex... and hoping to be the exceptions to the "no-exceptions" rule.
Cast: Ben Affleck, Jennifer Aniston, Drew Barrymore, Jennifer Connelly, Kevin Connolly, Bradley Cooper, Ginnifer Goodwin, Scarlett Johansson, Justin Long

KILL BULJO
COMEDY (FOREIGN). Tagline:"In Kautokeino no one can hear you scream."
What started as a joke "Wouldn’t it be fun to make a Northern Norwegian
Tarantino spoof of Kill Bill?" is on its way to becoming a cult favorite - with
Quentin Tarantino's blessing ("I love it, I love it!"). This gross,
over-the-top indie action comedy originally gained traction through internet
downloads and viral marketing and was made on a budget of 890,000 Norwegian
Kroner (about USD $150,000). Rated R, probably for the over-abundance of spurting fake
blood and some very crude humour.
