*HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE FUNDS TO SHOW-UP ON MY CARD?
We continue working to ensure that all payments made between 10 am and 10 pm are processed promptly. Online recharges are usually processed within 40 minutes. However please allow 1-2 hours for the the funds to become available on your MovieXpress account. Call or email us if you require faster service.
IMPORTANT FOR FASTER CARD RECHARGE : Please remember to click on the additional information field, during "check-out", and type in your 5 digit MovieXpress membership number (that's the L**** number on the back of your MovieXpress Card). It is important because it ensures accuracy in case the MovieXpress membership name that we have on file for you is different from the name on credit card or Paypal account you use to recharge your card.
