CASH READER WORKING AGAIN

The cash reader that was out of order on the dispensing kiosk is now working again.

Again I want to thank our King West members for their understanding while we resolved this matter and apologize for the delay in getting the bill acceptor fixed.

Quick return slot is Working Again

The problem with the Quick Return Service has been fixed - that's when you use the hanging card on the right hand side of the main dispensing kiosk to return your movies.

That said, we will continue to monitor the repair work that was done. Please let us know if you have any issues when returning movies using the quick return slot and it's probably a good idea to always make sure that you have your member card with you when returning movies.

Quick return slot still under repair

As posted last week, we have been experiencing issues with the Quick Return Slot - that's the right hand slot on the main dispensing kiosk.  We continue to work on getting it fixed as soon as possible and will keep you updated.

In the mean time, please remember to bring your member card with you and login as usual using the touch screen on the main dispensing kiosk. 

To return your movies, simply touch the yellow "RETURN" button after you login, and then insert you discs into the main delivery/return slot after it opens to the right of the touch screen.

Thanks for your patience - the dispenser has been repaired and we are in the process of adjusting the accounts of members who kindly returned their DVDs to the Hasty Market counter staff.

We have suspended our online reservation system.

Credit Card Recharge Ok Now.

You can now recharge again using your credit card. The service was temporarily unavailable while Bell Canada (took their sweet time) figured out what was wrong with our phone line. It's fixed now. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused members.

Late Fees lowered to just $1 /day!

We changed our rates so that we can offer you lower late fees: Now, after the first 48 hours, you pay only $1 per day for New Release DVDs or $1.50 per day per Blu-ray rental.
